We came in on a bright afternoon and the sun bounced off the surface of the Leman. In the distance Switzerland glimmered in the haze. They took us backstage to a big castle overlooking the site and everybody gasped in awe but in the end we found the dressing rooms behind the building, in the usual overheated prefab box. During the gig we felt the presence of the endless waters behind us…...

Moriarty on tour in Berlin, June 2011: after playing for the Fête de la Musique in Paris we tried to catch an hour of sleep, drove to the airport and hopped on a tiny airplane around 5am and took off for Berlin as the sun rose… We fell into a deep ten-thousand feet-high sleep and woke up as the wheels hit the runway at Schönefeld, and a sweet beige berliner cab took us to the Michelberger...

Just finished shooting the video for Isabella, smoothly directed by Fred Poulet and his super 16mm camera crew, with the help of about forty volunteering extras and three actresses… Fueled by ginger beer, almonds and cherries. Thanks everybody for patience and dedication!
