Long is The Night – 360° VR Video:

« Long Is The Night » is a song written by Moriarty, with lyrics adapted from Ingeborg Bachmann’s poem « Curriculum Vitae ». This acoustic performance was staged for Amnesty International at the Musée du Louvre in Paris, in December 2015.

It contains a key to the enigma of « Epiphany », Moriarty’s underground collection of previously unreleased material, demos and sketches: The songs of this album have been stored on usb-drives hidden in bottles or boxes, buried in the ground by the band members in fourteen specific spots somewhere across the planet, thresholds and doors to the otherworld…It contains a key to the enigma of « Epiphany ». The other keys are hidden in Epiphany’s map and the booklet of the album Epitaph.

History of Violence – Video:

This film tells the story of a man haunted by a secret embedded in his soul since childhood – a wound that somehow never healed, like a fire that never stopped burning.

It contains a key to the enigma of « Epiphany », Moriarty’s underground collection of previously unreleased material, demos and sketches:

Julie Gold’s Candy Cane Tale – Video:

During the fall of 2012, as we were performing the show « Memories From The Missing Room », directed by Marc Lainé at the Théâtre de la Bastille in Paris, we decided to film a song within the stage set, a strange rotating motel room.

With our accomplice Clément Deuve – a photographer and filmmaker accustomed to analogue and handmade techniques – we set up the shooting of a music video with four super-8 cameras.

The song was played live, in two takes only. Rosemary, armed with a handgun, played the role of Julie Gold, a woman torn between two destinies. The actor Geoffrey Carey emerged from the darkness to become the « Fine Fine Man », who tries to hold her captive.

Once the theater show was over, we took to the road again, to Germany, Australia and the Indian Ocean… The 16 rolls of super-8 film were stored, lost, forgotten for years before they were found again at the bottom of a suitcase and processed. On the film we saw ghosts and spirits, the last echo of the « Missing Room », and the forerunners of our next album « Epitaph ».

Here are the images that resurfaced.
