2 – Stock / Out of stock items
Our offers are subject to availability. In spite of our vigilance, the products might be out of stock when you order them. In this case you will be notified via e-mail (insofar as the e-mail address you gave is functioning and belongs to you).
Then moriartyland.net will propose either a new waiting period if the product is only temporarily unavailable, or the cancellation and the refund for your order if the stock is exhausted.
In case of out of stock items, it is your duty to inform us within 72 hours whether you wish to maintain your order or to have it cancelled. Beyond this 72 hours’ period, your order will be considered as firm and definitive.
3 – Confirmation of the order
Your order will receive a confirmation from moriartyland.net/mall insofar as the e-mail address you gave is functioning and belongs to you. In any case, moriartyland.net/mall advise you to keep and/or print a copy of the order form until the receipt of your purchase.

5 – Responsibility
Our offers are subject to availability. Moriartyland.net is not responsible for the non-performance of the concluded contract in case of stock outage or unavailability. Furthermore Air Rytmo does not have any responsibility regarding a delay in the contract execution or the non-performance of it in case of an act of God. If the event delays or prevents the order to be processed during a period exceeding 30 days, the order can be cancelled and in this case RecordMakers.com will issue a full refund as soon as possible.
